Yesterday, I had a fresh set of acrylics done (not by Charlotte, I didn't catch the technician's name). I've always had positive experiences at Mars until today! I requested biab removal and ombre French, but the technician assumed my nails were acrylic and cut them short! Unfortunately, I only noticed after it was too late. I ended up with a gel French manicure that, upon closer inspection at home, was poorly filed and finished. To top it off, I was charged £39, which felt a bit cheeky. This marks my second visit to Diamond Nails, once for a pedicure and the other for nail work. Both experiences were outstanding! It truly was one of the finest pedicures I've had in a long time!
