Franks & Benny's, Adjacent to, Newcraighall Rd
Paid £120 for highlight and low lights, resulting in streaky and unnatural colour. Despite salon's attempt to fix it, the result still unsatisfactory and requires redoing. Had to pay double at a different salon to correct the streaky highlights, with hairdresser noting excessive breakage from bleach overexposure.
Regretting the worst haircut experience ever, lacking proper understanding of curly/wavy hair needs. Requested layers but only received them at the back, leading to uneven length and chunky appearance. Despite attempts to communicate desired changes, hairdresser seemed disinterested. Disappointed to have paid for a result that falls short of expectations.
Initially impressed with a £57 full head tint, but disappointed with a £62 re-growth touch up that was overcharged without explanation. Despite voicemail, no response received. Hair still has grey patches left unaddressed. Disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of transparency. Won't be returning due to declining service quality.
