The young individual who did my nails displayed a lack of professionalism, I understand that people make mistakes but there were too many for me to consider returning.
I had such a hurried experience! The individual was filing my nails so aggressively that I had to retract, it was painful! He intended to only replace 2 broken nails and painted them in a different shade of white, I had to inform him that it was not acceptable and they all needed to be painted the same colour!? I expressed my dissatisfaction with the final result but they seemed indifferent. A dreadful experience and a complete waste of money!
