I have visited this establishment multiple times now, and I must say, the staff here are incredibly professional and courteous. The premises are immaculate, with a tasteful design. The pricing is quite reasonable when compared to other options in East Finchley.
This establishment may suffice if one is seeking an affordable and cheerful experience. However, my experience was marred by the barber's failure to heed my requests. Instead of following my instructions, he proceeded to give me a high fade with a number 1 on the sides, resulting in an uneven and unattractive look just before my upcoming holiday. When confronted with the issue, the barber callously remarked, "It looks fine to me," without offering an apology. I would advise against visiting this place if you desire a haircut that aligns with your preferences.
I have extended my patronage to this venue on several occasions, and regrettably, I have been consistently let down. The service is lacklustre, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail. The pricing is exorbitant for the quality provided. The absence of those thoughtful gestures that indicate a genuine effort is disheartening. There was no offering of products, no tilting of the chair for a beard trim (merely a rough estimate based on a glance in the mirror), and no presentation of the back and sides in a mirror. The overall experience was costly, unsatisfactory, and marred by a dismissive attitude. I have no intention of returning.
