AVOID THIS PLACE! I paid £50 for MYnails, but the top coat chipped and bubbled the very next day. Now my index finger looks infected, and I have to go to the hospital. I tried to contact them through their chat, but haven't received any response. I am beyond unhappy. I've never had such issues before.
I had a dreadful experience here. I booked an appointment for 10am but ended up waiting for nearly an hour. I had to leave without getting my nails done as I had another appointment. I had set aside 1 1/2 hours for this, which should have been enough. If you can't stick to appointment times, you should inform your customers.
