I had made reservations weeks in advance for a pedicure for myself and my mother. At the last minute, I requested to reschedule both appointments to a later time. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that one booking remained at the original time and another at the revised time, contrary to my request. The receptionist was impolite and offered no solutions or empathy for the mix-up, which was disappointing given my previous positive experiences. This incident has deterred me from returning.

This was precisely what I needed, experienced a rejuvenating back, neck, and shoulder massage that was truly exceptional. It made me realise the importance of regular self-care, so I've now scheduled monthly visits until the year's end. Every person I encountered, from the welcoming receptionist to the skilled massage therapist and the delightful pedicurist, was incredibly kind. The atmosphere is so calming, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I am prioritising myself now and have set up future appointments. Thank you for a wonderful day, ladies xx
