I had made reservations weeks in advance for a pedicure for myself and my mother. At the last minute, I requested to reschedule both appointments to a later time. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that one booking remained at the original time and another at the revised time, contrary to my request. The receptionist was impolite and offered no solutions or empathy for the mix-up, which was disappointing given my previous positive experiences. This incident has deterred me from returning.
