Visited DLM salon today for the first time to get my hair styled. I was delighted with the balayage and the ladies in the salon were incredibly welcoming, making me feel completely at ease. I will certainly be a returning customer. Much appreciated!
Opted to chop off a significant chunk of my hair, which was quite nerve-wracking, but Donna was outstanding! Incredibly friendly, executed precisely what I requested, and consistently ensured that I was content with the process, so I never doubted that it wasn't what I had envisioned. Very fair pricing, lovely salon in the town centre - I will certainly return and recommend to everyone! Thank you :)
Absolutely fantastic!! I was quite anxious as I've had some dreadful experiences previously with hair professionals, it's been very hit and miss. Donna made me feel exceptionally welcome and at ease. It's challenging to find someone who truly listens to your desires and also provides expert advice on what's feasible/suitable for your hair. I had a cut and colour done and I adore it, I've discovered my new go-to salon which I would wholeheartedly recommend. I also admire the salon's principles and the fact that Donna uses Vegan-friendly products wherever possible. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, which is an added bonus.
