RHIA COLE is the owner of BLISS UNISEX hair salon in Cilma. My hair was coloured by a 15 year old and cut by Rhia. Unfortunately, a huge chunk was cut out of the back of my hair. Rhia offered to fix it for free, but I chose to go to another salon for extensions and a colour match, costing £160. Rhia refunded me for the ruined cut but later refused to pay for the fix, blocking me on Facebook. Absolutely exceptional service, I will always remember when I first visited this hair salon. In a right panic because my original hairdresser wasn't open the day I booked the appointment for. But anyway, I rushed in and panicked because I had a wedding to attend. And they saw me right away. I haven't strayed from this hair salon because the ladies are exceptionally friendly and caring. They always enjoy a good chat with you while you have your hair done. And they give superb haircuts. Again, thank you xXx
