No stars from me (had to click a star to post). Scheduled an appointment at eleven this week, no issue, they texted me yesterday to reschedule, I agreed. After selecting this place over 5 others for my weekend eyelash appointment for a wedding, they cancel 2 hours before I'm set to go, now I'm left with nothing... can't treat people like this. If you weren't sure, you should've said when I booked. Poor customer service. A shame, as I would've been a repeat customer!! Not anymore, can't trust them...
