Having my nails professionally treated by a technician who is passionate about their work and meticulous is always a delight. Every appointment is greeted with a warm welcome from a friendly and caring team, and we always engage in pleasant conversation. I cannot praise the all-round service I receive highly enough after each visit. A heartfelt "Thank you."
The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Every time I made a request, there seemed to be an issue, and the individual could not fulfill it for various reasons. During my appointment yesterday, after receiving distressing news that my grandfather had passed away, I was hoping to have my nails done as a distraction. Instead, she managed to worsen my day. I showed her a picture of a very simple French ombré design that I wanted, and she provided a litany of reasons why she couldn't do it. This pattern of refusal occurs at every appointment, and typically I acquiesce, but this time I questioned her reasons. She claimed my nails were too large among other things. Eventually, I settled for what I had last time, and she proceeded to act petulantly, then falsely claimed she lacked the necessary equipment to complete my nails - no offer to reschedule. My time was wasted attending the appointment. I will not be returning here.
