Have been shelling out over £50 a month for the past three years. Contacted the Glasgow club today at 7:15 pm and was met by perhaps the most impolite staff member I've ever encountered. She mentioned it was £30 to bring a friend for a day pass to try out the gym. I inquired if I could give my friend a tour without forking out £30 for JUST ONE DAY and she was shockingly rude. I will be terminating my personal membership and will also make sure that the 60+ corporate memberships I oversee are all terminated. APPALLING!
