I had a massage there yesterday and I can honestly say it was the poorest massage I've ever experienced. When asked about the pressure I preferred - soft, medium, or hard - I chose medium, but it felt like someone was just spreading cream on my back, no actual massage pressure at all. There were numerous distractions, from the therapist leaving the room to attend to another client who arrived, to checking her mobile phone, constant loud notifications, and monitoring the CCTV screen in the room. In my opinion, she seemed to be the owner with no massage experience, lacking any technique at all. It appeared there were no other staff available to perform the massage, so instead of turning me away, she did it herself. A delightful environment with a pleasant aroma, cleanliness, and lovely staff. Every penny spent was worth it. My husband and I tried the couple's combined massage and it was absolutely delightful. We feel so much better now.
