I had a massage there yesterday and I can honestly say it was the poorest massage I've ever experienced. When asked about the pressure I preferred - soft, medium, or hard - I chose medium, but it felt like someone was just spreading cream on my back, no actual massage pressure at all. There were numerous distractions, from the therapist leaving the room to attend to another client who arrived, to checking her mobile phone, constant loud notifications, and monitoring the CCTV screen in the room. In my opinion, she seemed to be the owner with no massage experience, lacking any technique at all. It appeared there were no other staff available to perform the massage, so instead of turning me away, she did it herself. They offer a student package that's quite convenient, including a full body massage and a choice of hot stone massage or cupping. I mentioned my neck tension to Lisa, and she was able to address it. Absolutely fantastic spa. I can't sing their praises enough. The head massage was truly wonderful, and the ethos of the establishment shines through in every aspect. I was welcomed with a refreshing drink, and the employees were attentive and polite. The therapy rooms and reception area have comfortable seating. The entire place exudes a deep sense of tranquillity, with a visual appeal that enhances the experience.

If I could give a higher rating I would! From the first phone call to inquire about my wax to the wax itself, it was flawless. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very informative and answered any questions I had (first time waxer) while putting me at ease the whole time. When I arrived at the shop it was absolutely stunning with beautiful gift items to browse while I waited to be checked in. The staff at the front desk were not intimidating at all, I was made to feel completely welcome right from the start. Charlotte then escorted me and took me upstairs to an incredibly clean, calming room and explained what I needed to do to prepare. She was so kind and friendly, and any nerves I had quickly faded away. The wax itself was much less painful than when I had attempted it myself and it was done in no time. Charlotte chatted with me throughout, which helped me relax. I cannot recommend the shop and especially Charlotte enough. If you have been thinking about getting intimate waxing done but have been too scared, please give them a try. You will not regret it!
