Despite the 40-minute journey to the city centre, I have no intention of going elsewhere.

If I could give a higher rating I would! From the first phone call to inquire about my wax to the wax itself, it was flawless. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very informative and answered any questions I had (first time waxer) while putting me at ease the whole time. When I arrived at the shop it was absolutely stunning with beautiful gift items to browse while I waited to be checked in. The staff at the front desk were not intimidating at all, I was made to feel completely welcome right from the start. Charlotte then escorted me and took me upstairs to an incredibly clean, calming room and explained what I needed to do to prepare. She was so kind and friendly, and any nerves I had quickly faded away. The wax itself was much less painful than when I had attempted it myself and it was done in no time. Charlotte chatted with me throughout, which helped me relax. I cannot recommend the shop and especially Charlotte enough. If you have been thinking about getting intimate waxing done but have been too scared, please give them a try. You will not regret it! Thanks to Charlotte and the team.
