Personnel displayed a lack of courtesy and engagement. Encountered an issue with my bank app today, and instead of offering assistance, I was accused of dishonesty, causing significant distress. Staff were harsh and unapproachable, reprimanding me for minor movements. Attempts at conversation were met with indifference. The ambiance was far from relaxing. Despite this, the quality of the manicure was commendable.
Staff exude politeness and create a welcoming environment in the salon. Delighted with my manicure and wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
