Regrettably, encountered two poor instances, firstly my nails didn't set and were easily dented/cut like play-doh?! Luckily, they rectified them. Later, they chipped again (only 2 days after getting them done they chipped!) I've had my nails done many times before and this has never happened to me. Sadly, a considerable amount of money was spent on this and I feel it was a waste. Will seek elsewhere to rectify this, I was ignored on Facebook Messenger and not even offered a partial refund.
