Went in for acrylic nail removal, and the technician attempted to pick off the acrylic without wearing gloves, using his dirty fingernails. This is absolutely unacceptable. Some acrylic residue was left on my nails, leaving them scratched. If you value the health of your nails, I would recommend avoiding this place.
Visited this establishment today and spent £30 on standard French manicure. I must say, the tips feel a bit thin and slightly loose, but nothing too concerning. The only issue I had with the service was when the technician applied the acrylic tips, they did not properly secure them to my nails. Nonetheless, it was a decently busy day.
I visited on Tuesday and showed the technician a photo of the design I wanted. However, he continuously glanced at it but ended up creating a completely different design. He was very aggressive throughout the appointment, and I felt rushed even though the salon was not busy. After he finished, my nails were filed to the point of causing me agony, and my fingers were throbbing. I paid £38 for a crooked finger and thumbs of different sizes; I was not satisfied and will not return.
