Adore my visits here. The food is exceptional, and the staff are welcoming and kind.
Absolutely dreadful, if you enjoy it, you're insane! My meal arrived 3 hours late, cold and tasted awful. Overpriced and the worst experience ever. I'd prefer food from a homeless person. Avoid if you value your health. Probably the clueless Americans behind the high prices.
Our stay was amazing! However, the spa and pool areas need some attention during renovations. For a top-notch hotel, there were issues like peeling plastic on pool chairs, missing tiles in the jacuzzi, rust, and dirty windows obscuring the view. The relaxation room needs improvement too, with some beds flat and no remotes, and treatment cards left out with personal info. Not up to 5* standards, but the staff were lovely. Enjoyed a fantastic facial.
