Absolutely fantastic experience at this nail bar! It's the top spot in the region without a doubt. My first visit here left me pleasantly surprised with a TV playing music inside. I'll definitely be returning for more!
Couldn't secure an appointment at my usual spot right before Christmas, but these professionals managed to squeeze me in as a walk-in, which was great. Only had to wait around 20 minutes, which was reasonable. The service was overall good, although the nail set appeared to be quite standard. Opted for full-colour acrylic nails at a fair price. However, I did experience some discomfort as they cut a lot of skin around my nails. Upon removal, I noticed how thickly they were done - very sturdy but too much so.
Visited for a pedicure and unfortunately, the service did not match the price paid. The water used was cold, and the technician applied a thick lotion before the gel, leaving water on my feet. Despite requesting a wipe down before the gel application due to the lotion and wet feet, she only cleaned the area where the gel was going. When I mentioned it, she dismissed it with a 'later later' and proceeded with the gel polish. Disappointed with the poor quality and customer service, I won't be returning.
