Had my nails done here a few weeks back, the lady who did them did a great job. However, when I went in for infills on Saturday, the girl who worked on my nails seemed more interested in her phone conversation than in doing a good job. I showed her a picture of French tips I wanted, but what I ended up with was lumpy and bumpy infills that looked fake and didn't match the main part of my nail. The white tips were uneven and not straight at all. I tried to communicate my dissatisfaction, but she couldn't understand me due to a language barrier and being preoccupied with her phone. I was charged £30 for this subpar service, which left me feeling ripped off. I only gave one star because I had to, but I would have given none if possible.
I requested a specific style, but was told it would be too expensive without even being given a price upfront. The attitude seemed dismissive, as if they either couldn't be bothered or assumed I couldn't afford what I wanted. I decided to go elsewhere in town where I was treated with respect and got the service I asked for without any issues. When you go to get your nails done as a treat, you should feel comfortable asking for what you want without facing judgement or financial assumptions.
Overall, my experience here was very disappointing. I had French tips done, and the filing was rough on my natural nails and the acrylics. Communication was difficult due to language barriers, and when I asked for clear polish, they didn't have any available. My nails ended up looking terrible, and I will be going elsewhere to have them fixed. I recommend reading reviews before choosing this salon for any nail services.
