Visited Roots after another hairdresser had made a mess of my hair, with a very noticeable difference in length on one side. My hair was in really bad shape, but I was made to feel very welcome. My hair was styled beautifully at a very reasonable (for my experience) price. Came back a few days later to have my eyebrows tinted and waxed – so gentle, and the colour came out perfect! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Oh my goodness! My colleagues at work recommended Taylor at Roots. My hair was long but in poor condition, and I needed a complete cut and restyle, full colour/highlights – the works... and I was not disappointed! I went in for a patch test before the appointment and to discuss what I wanted. Taylor took the time to really understand the look I was aiming for and gave fantastic advice. I couldn't have been happier with the result; I have received lots of compliments, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! 🤩
