Had my nails done here a few weeks back, the lady who did them did a great job. However, when I went in for infills on Saturday, the girl who worked on my nails seemed more interested in her phone conversation than in doing a good job. I showed her a picture of French tips I wanted, but what I ended up with was lumpy and bumpy infills that looked fake and didn't match the main part of my nail. The white tips were uneven and not straight at all. I tried to communicate my dissatisfaction, but she couldn't understand me due to a language barrier and being preoccupied with her phone. I was charged £30 for this subpar service, which left me feeling ripped off.
