A significant week for me as I celebrated my birthday, which included my regular appointments with the fantastic Joanne, who has been my trusted hairdresser for five years now. Each day since my visit has been a good hair day, thanks to her expertise. I sincerely hope she doesn't retire anytime soon! The compliments I receive on my colour and cut are always a delight, all thanks to Joanne. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she is also kind and great company - I see my appointments as therapy sessions too! She always takes the time to discuss treatments and precisely understand how I want my long hair styled and trimmed. Her exceptional skill and experience are evident in her team, who are attentive and talented under her guidance. They ensure your comfort, from finger pressure to water temperature, making the salon visit a truly wonderful experience. I am grateful to Joanne for her incredible skill, kindness, and fun personality.
