I would highly recommend reaching out to Emma's office for support. The response from Emma was immediate and I was assigned a caseworker (Sophie) who took charge of my case and kept me updated every step of the way which meant I did not have to worry about it. Sophie provided a top-notch service; incredibly helpful, professional and amiable throughout. A positive outcome was achieved promptly which I have no doubt was due to Sophie's dedication.
Honestly wouldnt be where I am now if it wasn't for Sophie in belfast office. She was incredibly supportive, excellent communication, easy to converse with. I would recommend anyone needing any form of assistance to reach out to them. I will definitely use their services again.
I contacted Emma’s office for advice regarding an appeal. I was quickly connected with Sophie. Unfortunately, the appeal process was lengthy and complex. Sophie was exceptional.
