Visited this place for the first time based on some of the reviews, and it lived up to expectations. I highly recommend Komal for eyebrow threading and waxing; it was fast, painless, and the results were flawless!

I've just had a dreadful experience at this establishment. Throughout the years, I've noticed that the service can be inconsistent, but I kept coming back due to the convenient location. Thankfully, one of the therapists was attentive and would heed my requests. Regrettably, many others would carry on with their personal phone conversations and barely acknowledge your presence upon arrival. However, my recent visit was disappointing, and I will not be returning. The "therapist" seemed more interested in discussing her New Year's plans and her son, rather than listening to my needs. She completely botched my treatment, clearly saw my dismayed expression, and never offered an apology. A complete waste of money. I'll have to wait for this to naturally improve. I didn't speak up at the time because I was so taken aback and the harm was already done. Please ensure your staff are properly trained.
