I purchased a voucher for eyelash tinting and eyebrow shaping and tinting through a promotional deal. Upon arriving for my appointment, I found the designated staff member to be absent. After some phone calls, I was informed that she had double-booked and was unprepared for my visit. The substitute, Jenny, did her best to assist me, even though it was not her specialty. Regrettably, the eyebrow tint turned out much darker than expected, and the eyelash tint was barely visible. Overall, a disappointing experience that I will not repeat.
I recently visited this establishment and had a delightful experience. The staff member, Lily, was exceptionally kind and professional during my treatment. I was looking to rebook with her, only to find out she is no longer with the salon. Nonetheless, I will continue to frequent the establishment and express my gratitude to Lily here.
I went in for a hair appointment before my wedding, hoping for a simple updo. Unfortunately, the stylist took an entire hour and failed to create the desired look. I left feeling dissatisfied with the lack of skill displayed.
