Absolutely adore this establishment. Sarah and Katherine are fantastic - highly professional and always in good spirits. Every treatment I've received has been flawless with no issues whatsoever. The pricing is very competitive compared to other establishments. They also offer valuable advice on any treatment you opt for. I've been a loyal customer for years now and have never been let down. Looking forward to my next visit! 👍
Update as of 28/4/22, 11 months post fillers, my eyes are still swollen, a constant reminder of the dreadful fillers and the pain when the needle pierced both eyes. Sarah apologised twice as she clearly went too deep. I tried a few remedies like dissolving agents, but they didn't work. She dissolved my jawline and cheeks because they remained as lumps - what a disaster. Her sibling had the audacity to claim that Sarah didn't touch my eyes, how she could know that baffles me, as she was at the front of the premises unless she can see through at least 2 walls. She also mentioned she couldn't locate the before pictures of my eyes but could find those of my lower face - how convenient that they vanished in 2 minutes; they were on the counter, and then they weren't. £400 for agony and not a genuine apology or refund - NOT RECOMMENDED.
The Reduction Centre is outstanding. Kate and Sarah are friendly, skilled, and provide expert guidance and implementation of treatments. I can wholeheartedly endorse their services.
