I visited the establishment this evening for a hair trial ahead of my upcoming wedding. Lucy was absolutely fantastic and exceptionally kind. While I had only utilized their beauty services (waxing) previously, I was treated with the same care as a regular client. A truly positive experience that I would highly recommend.
Outstanding as always. I had initially scheduled a later appointment but called yesterday to inquire about any earlier slots. After a thoughtful discussion, I opted to keep my original appointment for today. To my delight, they phoned me this morning to offer a slot due to a cancellation. I gladly accepted, appreciating their consideration. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended to, as friendly and welcoming as ever. The pricing is reasonable, and the treatment (a leg wax) was impeccably done. Amanda exudes warmth and friendliness, a truly delightful individual.
Once again, Julie delivered a fantastic haircut. Not many stylists excel at short hair, but Julie consistently does an outstanding job. Thank you, Jenny.
