A fantastic, welcoming and stylish salon. Welcomed with a friendly greeting and a delightful cup of tea! (Much needed as a new parent of 2!) Opted for a total makeover and after a detailed discussion with Elliot, I felt assured I was in good hands and she explained which hues would complement my complexion, hair shapes for my face and overall style. She is a wizard in her craft and would highly recommend. My new hairstyle is now something I enjoy styling, not too overwhelming but with a fantastic burst of colour to match my persona! I am utterly dismayed by the sorry state of my hair. I visited the salon last week and requested the hairdresser to trim off my bleached ends as I am aiming to grow out my natural colour. I also mentioned that layers needed to be incorporated since I previously had layers. However, the outcome is the worst I have ever seen my hair look. I shelled out £50 to have my hair butchered. Initially, I didn't notice the extent of the damage because the stylist styled it with curls, making it appear decent. It wasn't until I got home, washed it, and straightened it that I realised the true horror.
