I have been a loyal customer of Zone Beauty for quite some time now, even after relocating from Northampton. I regularly visit for eyebrow shaping and waxing, and have always been satisfied with the service. Abdhi, in particular, is exceptional at waxing - professional, friendly, and highly skilled. I have been getting waxed since my teenage years, and Abdhi's efficiency and thoroughness make the process as painless as possible. The comfortable environment and great value for money make Zone Beauty a top choice for me, and I would gladly recommend it to others.
I visited District Beauty for my nail appointment, a place I've frequented before. Although the end result was pleasing, the overall service left much to be desired. The process involved removing my old nails and applying a new set, which included soaking my fingers in acetone, extensive filing, and the inevitable dust that ensued. The technician completed the entire process without allowing me to wash my hands afterwards, leaving me feeling uncomfortable about the cleanliness of my hands. Additionally, I noticed that they tend to remove excessive skin around the nails, which is not ideal as it can lead to unsightly results in the following weeks. I believe the owner of District should focus on enhancing their service quality and techniques. Based on my recent experience, I am hesitant to recommend District for nail services in the area.
