The nail technician here is incredibly talented and meticulous in her work. Ever since I found this salon (8 months back), I have been consistently delighted with the results on my nails. I particularly appreciate her creative suggestions when I'm lacking inspiration. I wholeheartedly recommend her services!
I had a disappointing experience with the nail technician at this salon. Despite voicing my concerns, she seemed unhappy and became agitated. The service took up a significant chunk of my evening, from 5:30pm to 9pm, and I left feeling dissatisfied. Moreover, there was no offer of a discount, just a demand for the full payment. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this nail technician. Now, I have to spend more money to have my nails redone elsewhere.
Paulina, the hairdresser, is absolutely fantastic! She pays great attention to detail and I am extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended! 💋
