Outstanding service from Shannon, she recently dyed my hair for the second time and I'm truly impressed with the outcome! I've been a loyal client of Shannon for years for my haircuts as she is consistently professional, warm, and delivers exceptional results. I would suggest her to anyone (and have already recommended her to friends who are now regular clients of Shannon!). Whenever I have an appointment, I am promptly greeted outside, my coat is taken, and I am offered a drink upon arrival. I never feel like she is rushed or that any request is too much, sometimes she even offers to style my hair after a cut, in addition to the usual blow dry. Shannon has also been very helpful in recommending different shampoos to maintain my hair colour and keep it healthy, which I greatly appreciate ☺️
