Scheduled an appointment with Faith for my hair this morning. Stepped into her salon and she's there attending to someone in the chair, a few others lounging about. Her: Please don't tell me you're booked in today. Me: 👁️👄👁️ Yes, I've been messaging you all week and you even texted me this morning confirming it was fine. Her: I can't today as I have this lady's wedding to prepare for. Me: But you messaged me saying it was okay, I have the text here to show you. Her: Yes, my daughter sometimes replies using my phone. Me: Well, it's just a retwist... Her: Yes, a retwist and dye. I don't work on Mondays, can you return on Monday? Me: I have work commitments on Monday. Her: How about tomorrow or later today?
