The staff here are incredibly rude! I won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You always have to book in advance, and they give your bed away if you're even a minute late (and there's no parking). Best to steer clear.
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone! The staff are so impolite, and even after purchasing a course, it's impossible to secure a booking on the sunbeds.
I've never wanted to say this, but I requested a sunbed and the lady manager assumed I was under 18. However, I turned 18 on 31/12/2005, and she didn't even give me a chance to explain. I was quite disappointed as I had my ID on my phone since I left it at my dad's house. Later, when I booked a sunbed course, a different lady attended me, not the manager. I paid her £25 for 50 minutes, but then she asked for my ID. I am truly disappointed by this experience.
