If I could rate it lower than one star, I would. Travelled from Birmingham for my appointment only to discover they've ceased operations. Why schedule my appointment and conduct the colour test a week prior? Appalling that they did this without even a courtesy call. A disappointing conclusion for what was once a reputable establishment. Clearly, customer care was not a priority.
