Jane's hair cutting and styling is exceptional. Not everyone can cut my type of hair well. Jane utilises her expertise and makes it effortless. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
I arrived promptly for my scheduled gel polish appointment, which was rescheduled to an earlier time than my initial booking at the nail technician's request. I waited for 25 minutes before I had to inquire at the front desk about the remaining wait time. At that moment, I was informed that it would be another 5 minutes. It might be good customer service to inform clients upon arrival if there is a likelihood of waiting more than 10 minutes for their appointment, or at least apologise and clarify if there are delays so that they can decide whether to wait. First experience at Envisage and will not be returning. Subpar customer service.
