Avoid this establishment at all costs! Terrible filler and the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had. No request for medical records, no cleaning of the injection area, and rushing through the procedure with another person present made me incredibly nervous. I experienced a panic attack during my first session due to the lack of communication about desired results. After waiting for 30 minutes, I now have uneven and incorrectly placed filler injected too deeply. When I politely asked for a resolution, she demanded more money to fix it and then blocked me on WhatsApp. The filler remains hard and painful two weeks later, with no response from her. Zero duty of care as long as payment is received!
Love, love, love my new lips. One side of my upper lip was smaller, but now they are symmetrical and beautifully full. Delighted with the results, Anne is also a warm and welcoming individual, making the experience much more comfortable. I will definitely return and continue with Anne. Highly recommended.
