The overall experience was soothing and comforting, especially after enduring months of discomfort. The professionalism and attentiveness of the therapist, who regularly checked in to ensure my comfort, left me satisfied and eager to return for more sessions.
I tried a relaxation massage at a local spa, but unfortunately, I did not find it very effective. The therapist seemed inexperienced and used inconsistent pressure, which did not help me unwind. I don't think I will be returning for another session.
