This was an appalling ordeal. It took them 2 1/2 hours because they were juggling the nails of four different clients simultaneously, and the filing was so harsh that it caused pain! I requested gel nails, but they applied acrylic instead, and to top it off, the end result was ghastly. The nails are uneven and simply look repulsive. I cannot wait to have them removed by a competent professional! I wish I could award them less than one star. If you are a regular customer, I urge you to seek a better nail salon to truly experience quality nail care.
Based on my personal encounters (suffering from nail infections on two separate occasions), I would not recommend - while they do create aesthetically pleasing nails, the lack of proper ventilation is concerning.
They don’t deserve a single star!!! Absolutely terrible work!!! It's a pity I can't share photos. So, I visited yesterday to get my nails done for my Bachelorette party and, I must admit, I was quite thrilled when they completed the job and didn't scrutinize. Upon returning home and taking a closer look, I was shocked 😳 at the abysmal quality! Paying £48 for a nail service, one would expect perfection, but not a single nail was satisfactory. Hence, I returned the next day and requested removal and a refund. They did remove them, but completely ruined my natural nails and refused to reimburse me.!!! I am extremely upset and distressed. Therefore, dear ladies, steer clear of that establishment as it is absolutely dreadful, and the tools they use are not very clean or hygienic.
