I have been a loyal client of Kiran's for over 5 years. The service is consistently excellent. I usually get a facial and root touch-up, and the staff are professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Every visit leaves me feeling great. Many thanks to Kiran, Pooja, and the entire team for their wonderful service.

I messaged to book an appointment and specifically requested full head highlights, not ginger hair. However, the stylist ignored my request and gave me a dip-dye effect starting from the middle of my head. It looked like I had dipped my hair in bleach. Despite assurances, I left with hair worse than when I arrived. When I raised my concerns, the stylist blamed my hair's pigmentation, which was not the issue as a different stylist successfully achieved the desired look. Kiran's response to my request for a redo was unhelpful and dismissive, offering styles completely opposite to what I wanted. Avoid this stylist just because of lower prices.

I visited Kiran's salon for eyebrow grooming and Monica suggested I try waxing followed by threading. She did an exceptional job! Despite my initial hesitation, Monica was patient and ensured my eyebrows looked fantastic. I had a terrible haircut elsewhere, but the hairdresser at Kiran's was truly amazing. She not only corrected the previous cut but also gave my hair a curly blow dry with great volume. Additionally, Kiran rearranged the schedule so I could have my nails done simultaneously to save time. The service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for all my hair and eyebrow needs. This has been the best haircut I've had in a long while.
