I had a dreadful experience at this nail salon yesterday. My friend and I both had manicures, and the results were abysmal. A toddler could have done a superior job. The technician seemed clueless and displayed unprofessional behaviour. My nails were utterly ruined, and to top it off, the gel polish peeled off within 24 hours. The staff were more interested in gossiping than providing proper service. The seating was inadequate, and overall, it was a disappointing visit.
I visited this salon for a haircut, and the outcome was horrendous. I was charged £20 for a basic cut that was executed poorly. The hairstylist was clearly inexperienced and lacked the necessary skills. My hair was completely ruined, and I am demanding a refund. I will be returning tomorrow for a corrective cut, and if not satisfied, legal action will be taken. This establishment should be closed down immediately. Avoid at all costs.
I usually get my eyebrows done at Dazzling Allure, but today's visit was a disaster. The technician made my eyebrows excessively thin, and despite knowing the mistake, she continued to ask if it was acceptable. There is no way to rectify the situation, and I am deeply dissatisfied. This will be my final visit to this salon as I cannot bear to look at myself in the mirror due to the horror that has been inflicted upon my brows.
