My daughter had gel nails done, and they looked great initially. However, they started coming off as soon as we got home. I went back to get them fixed, but they came off again. I was charged £15 for the service, and on my return, I was questioned why we were back, with the explanation that my daughter was picking at her nails. While it's true that my daughter may have picked at them, when they came off the second time, I was right next to her and witnessed the entire nail coming off without her interference.
