I have participated in two courses with Tanya, one focusing on baby massage and the other on postnatal exercises. Both were exceptional, with Tanya dedicating time to ensure we got the most out of each session. The baby massage class was a beautiful bonding experience for me and my little one, learning about different body techniques and even including some mommy stretching time! The postnatal exercise course was fantastic too, gradually reintroducing exercise with HIT and stretching, accommodating babies with a designated baby zone. I have thoroughly enjoyed every session with Tanya! She is a wealth of knowledge and a lovely individual.
