I had an unpleasant experience at a high-end spa where I paid for a luxurious spa treatment and pedicure. Unfortunately, the service was subpar as my nails were rushed and poorly painted, and the cream applied to my legs caused a burning sensation. Despite raising these concerns with the nail technician, they seemed to not understand English and disregarded my feedback with a smile. I was charged £48 for the service, but the uneven nail polish and visible toe nails left me dissatisfied.
