I have had my hair styled here numerous times, going from dark hair to blonde, then balayage, and back to dark hair over the years. Every experience has been delightful! Most recently, I tried a keratin blow-dry on the stylist's recommendation, and it worked wonders in taming my frizzy hair!

I visited two weeks ago and received shockingly poor service. I waited for two hours to be attended to, and the stylist told me that my hair was in terrible condition and needed extensive work. The bleach she used severely damaged my hair, causing it to fall out in clumps every time I shower. Additionally, I was overcharged for services I did not receive, and the blow-dry left me looking like I had just been through a rough ordeal. I strongly advise against visiting this salon! Keep your distance.

I have been styling my hair here for over a year since it was called Marble hair and then changed to Breeze hair. I have noticed that every time I visit, the prices fluctuate. Today, I felt extremely disrespected by the way I was treated. I was asked to pay £90 for a hairstyle that I had only paid £40 for less than 2 months ago. To add to the frustration, the attendant made me feel like I was being dishonest about the recent payment. I had to contact my bank to verify the amount I had paid recently. The attendant gave me a skeptical look and eventually claimed she was just an employee and not the owner. I am let down by the service and the new staff member who assisted me.
