Contrary to other feedback, my experience at Miyu left me dissatisfied. I had a haircut and colour done. The haircut didn't consider my usual parting, resulting in an off-centre part that didn't suit me. The layers added made me look older, and I had to get it fixed elsewhere. Regarding the colour, I wanted to blend my highlights with my natural hair but ended up losing them all due to a dark toner. While I may have not communicated effectively, I believe the colourist should ensure our visions align. I returned for corrections, expecting some cost adjustment, but was charged more on the second visit.
