I have been a patron of these individuals for years - not only are they fantastic and understanding (apologies for my tardiness!!!!) but they are also genuinely kind-hearted. I always depart with a stunning new set of acrylics, and Ryan and their spouse are incredibly welcoming - somehow recalling past designs I had years ago and wish to revisit, as well as remembering the various events I've attended since my last visit - resulting in a pleasant experience with a relaxed yet authentic flow of conversation. I used to dread getting my nails done as I would feel so awkward - but that is not the case here.
The prime spot for manicures in London! Both Ryan and their partner display exceptional skills and a keen eye for detail. I always bring in avant-garde designs, and they ensure my satisfaction with the final result. A truly professional and delightful service all around. 10/10
My debut at this salon for a nail session. A vast array of hues and they stay updated with the latest trends. The team is truly charming. Their precision is impeccable. I plan to continue frequenting this salon over my previous one. The pricing was quite fair as well. So far, I have no complaints about this salon. I was unsure if it was a walk-in or by appointment. They had a slight backlog from appointments, which is understandable. But overall, it was an amazing experience.
