I always adore visiting Yards of Oxted the gentlemen are all so warm and inviting (especially for a grooming novice like me who never knows what he wants). Stan at reception is a gem and Theo and Finn who I had treatments with today are there with the great banter and tales and incredibly skilled in their trade. Massive appreciation all around for the positive vibes, great deals and serene atmosphere. Really satisfied with my grooming session today - until next time x
I popped into the stunning salon on Tuesday and was highly impressed. Welcomed by the Handsome Kyle and team Who are incredibly hospitable. I indulged in a facial and back massage by Jamie who made me feel so at ease. Thank you Jamie. A delightful Gel manicure by Charlie. Thank you Charlie. Can't wait to visit you all again soon.xx
After receiving a foot treatment today, the attendant inquired if I had brought sandals with me. I replied, no, should I have? As it turned out, yes, it would have been handy to have them. I strolled to the salon in shoes and socks. I waited quite a while to allow the polish to dry, but after walking back home, the polish was ruined. I might as well have saved myself £30 and done it myself, as I had to redo them again. This is not the attendant's fault, but a lack of communication on the salon's part. I brought this to the attention of the Manager, but she appeared disinterested.
