I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They have created a space that is really fun for any child. My son is autistic and hates hair cuts, but Mandy is brilliant with him, so patient and somehow able to get his hair cut against all the odds! It is great to go somewhere that is so understanding and supportive. Thank you.

Came to the cafe this morning as we haven’t been before, and saw they had the play area which is great! We ordered breakfasts and drinks which were great value for money. We popped our head into the hairdressers on the off chance they had a cancellation and they offered us an appointment for an hour later! This was my daughter’s first hair cut which I have been putting off due to being worried about having her hair cut incorrectly because it is tight curls. Corrine spoke it through with me and was absolutely amazing throughout and so reassuring. I am so happy with the service both in the cafe and hairdressers. All staff were so welcoming. We will definitely be returning.

Came in for a fringe cut. Told the lady who cut my daughter’s hair that it was our first time (she is nearly 2) and wanted a minimal amount off. Instead of assessing her hair, she brushed it down and snipped “whilst she is still” essentially giving her a full fringe when she has a cows lick. At first it looked a fine length and then offered to take the ends off of my daughter hair, again I said a trim as we love her curls, for her to keep snipping away even when I said that I think we are done. My daughter has had nearly 2 inches off. The ladies were lovely and the cafe/hairdressers were beautiful, I just wished I was listened to. For the past 24 hours I’ve been missing my daughter’s beautiful curls, I wish people were more informed on curly hair as her hair is wrecked and one side is shorter than the other. Luckily after explaining my upset later that evening we have been offered a refund so hence the 4 stars. First photo is before and all are after
